The sales and service team visit all its customers on regular basis and appropriate machinery, equipment and solutions as per customers’ requirement are offered by this division supported by technical services.

Installation of machinery is done by overseas-trained qualified engineers who also provide after-sales service to have satisfied customers.

Keeping pace with the market trend, the division serves its customers by providing them with updated market information and assisting in selecting most appropriate machinery from world-wide sources.

The pharmaceuticals machinery division's team consists of 9 members with one team leader having competency in sales, marketing and technical services.
